Dani gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had in my life this morning if not thee best even though my naturally curly now thick, wavy and balding hair isn’t easy to manage; many barbers have tried within their own limited palettes but I’ve ended up looking like an old man; am not even at the big four zero yet! But my decision to ask her to be creative and trust her totally paid off! She was smooth, got it from the start, neat, washed my hair superbly and was an absolute star as were the whole team; lovely people. Ali and a young lady who kindly made me coffee – unsung hero(ine)! Absolutely nailed customer service and making the customer feel comfortable – I was a little nervous pre appointment but felt incredibly relaxed from the moment I sat down to walking out the door, beaming! A job done with Distinction! I feel fab! I’ve received some compliments too.

Davina is amazing, the gentle transition to long straggly hair to now shorter, and some how looking thicker. The whole staff are fabulous. I have been so many places in, where as a woman in my 50s, have been made to feel out of place. I cannot rate this place high enough.

I’ve been coming to Roccola hair for 10years, Dani has been my hairdresser during that time and whilst she’s taking time off I’ve been switched to Lauren. Both are incredible at what they do, the whole staff are lovely. My hair has always been done beautifully (colour changes, cuts & styles). I’ve never experienced any issues.

Whenever I try a new hairdressers, I’m always a little nervous, however after being let down repeatedly by another Salon, I decided to give Roccola a try. Alana did the colour and cut on my hair… and she done an amazing job, I love it. The salon is really welcoming with a friendly atmosphere, and right from the consultation, Alana listened to what I wanted and I’m super happy with my hair. Thank you so much Alana, and Roccola. The kindest staff, received me as walk-in close to end of the day. Nice hair wash with Wella products, gentle massage, very specific and attentive questions about how I wanted my hair done. I can recommend Roccola Hair. I have been going there for my haircuts for a number of years now. Rebecca is very good and she always remembers what likes and dislikes I have (no tea tree shampoo and not too high on the hairdryer settings!). My hair always looks great after Rebecca has worked her magic on it!

Loren used to do my hair at another salon and then left.. I was struggling to find someone to replace Loren as she knew how I liked to have my hair.. After discovering she was at Roccola from a mutual friend I had finally find my one hairdresser who I could rely on.. To be completely honest when it comes to my hair whether it’s to do with colour or cutting I tend to make changes a lot and she just knows what to do.. I don’t think I can find anyone who can put up with me and my hair decisions the way Loren does a lovely person inside out and wouldn’t replace her with anyone.. Loren has been in charge of my hair for umpteen years now and I couldn’t be happier. My hair is very stubborn and she worked wonders getting the hair colour I wanted to work as we wanted on my hair. Can’t thank her enough.

After losing a lot of my very long hair and large chunks breaking off after taking medication, I put off going to the hairdresser after the fear that they would have to chop it all off. After finally plucking up the courage to book an appointment at Roccola, I was immediately put at ease and was given amazing advice and a cut that wasn’t too short (shoulder length) with follow up guidance and a recommendation to try a thickening and restorative product to help me. I am very grateful to Roccola that I can now go out with my hair down and not worry that I look like a moth eaten mess like I did before. I’ve been back for a further cut and have booked back in again and my hair is finally starting to look fuller again. I can’t recommend Roccola enough!
