A Bit About Us

The Pepper Foundation

This noteworthy charity was one of the chosen charities of High Wycombe’s ex-mayor, Jane White. ROCCOLA HAIR hosted a day of pampering treatments provided by local businesses, taster sessions on their new services and prizes, donated by other local businesses, for a grand prize draw. It was a fun day with bubbles and nibbles, and the opportunity to meet the mayor and learn more about her chosen charity.

NCT Fashion Show

NCT is a Charity that helps support parents by giving them accurate impartial information so that they can make decisions on what’s best for their family. They campaign to improve maternity care and ensure better services and facilities for new parents. They also facilitate introductions to a network of local parents to help new parents gain practical and emotional support.

Wear It Pink Breast Cancer

ROCCOLA HAIR support the Wear it Pink Breast Cancer Campaign every year with the staff dressing up and raising money for the charity. Suppliers donate their culinary skills and make bespoke cupcakes for the day for Roccola Hair to sell and raise money. It's a fun day for the entire team and the clients coming in.

On July 5th 2013 the team at Roccola Hair went back in time to the 1920's - The Gatsby Days. They looked amazing and their hard work paid off raising lots of money for their dedicated charity Target Ovarian Cancer and helped support a client who is suffering from the illness.

Her Daughter Prathna took the step to have her hair shaved off for her Mum and to also raise money for her own dedicated charity, CLIC Sargent, who provide homes from home for the families of children with Cancer. Prathna’s Parents then decided to take the step too so the entire family sported a new hair style!!

Nino & Lee McQueen

Roccola Hair Salon was established over 30 years ago, one of the first unisex hair salons to open in High Wycombe and surrounding districts. In those days The salon was known as Peter's International and was the original stockist of Paul Mitchell professional products in the UK, and to this day we remain as one of the main stockists as a Paul Mitchell Signature Salon.  The present owner along with several others have been with the salon for most of those years.

The Salon rebranded in 2008 - with a very stylish refurbishment of the premises. The launch was a Red Carpet affair, opened by Lee McQueen; The winner of that's year BBC show "The Apprentice" - and a white grand piano was at the centre of the Salon, to increase the WOW factor even further!

Our Journey: from
Peter's International to Roccola Hair
